Grayton Beach – Grayton Beach was settled in the late 1800s and only one structure remains in what we see of Grayton Beach today. Although the rustic style of living is perpetuated and we find many small single-family homes that still exist. The Red Bar is a famous night spot and has the best crab cakes around, not to mention some great music for entertainment.
Josh's family cottage started its life at Pt Washington about 5 miles north of the beach, as a logging family home. At one time, the cottage was moved all the way to the beach, then after a hurricane, it was moved slightly north of the coastline where it stands today.,
