My friend, Sukia Sikorski, joined me on the trip, and we photographed kivas, what was later a colonial place of worship, as well as one another, as we wandered mostly undisturbed among the ruins. Later, we had a “delicious” meal at the only eatery in the area, the Dairy Queen. Some might say the DQ is a ruin, as well.
